We would like to extend our heartfelt sympathies to all who have been affected by the outbreak of COVID-19. At CertifiGroup, the health and well-being of our customers and our employees is our highest priority.
Globally, we are facing unprecedented circumstances. As a responsible corporate citizen, CertifiGroup has asked that our employees take every precaution proposed by the CDC to avoid the further spread of COVID-19. We are enacting virtual meetings, asking employees to practice social distancing in the workplace, working remotely in some cases, and requiring employees to self-quarantine if they show any symptoms of the illness.

We look forward to working with our customers during this time to achieve their goals and carry on “business as usual” for the foreseeable future as follows:

• All Certification, CE, Environmental, and Consulting Projects should have limited, if any, impacts from the spread of COVID-19. We will do everything in our control to assure client deadlines are met and inquiries are addressed. Engineers are readily available to meet your needs during this time.

• Field Evaluations will currently continue as scheduled. However, with quickly changing travel restrictions, this is subject-to-change. If there are any complications with carrying out your field evaluation as scheduled, you will be contacted immediately. To aid customer needs during these unique circumstances, we will be offering remote initial inspections, expedited documentation reviews, and increased in-house options so that customer impact is kept minimal.
